It was a wonderful experience, working with Tyler. He was patient and always kind in his instruction and encouraged me to offer ideas and recommendations. He also trusted me in training new employees. He is always fair and hardworking.

Tyler’s calm demeanor, effective training, and fairness are some of his greatest qualities.  The on site consulting and training courses were great for our organization.  One of his greatest traits is his ability to encourage us when we were frustrated with new ideas.  He encouraged us to generate our own ideas.
